How long is a session?

An initial discovery call lasts approximately 30 minutes.
A coaching session will last between 60 and 75 minutes.

How many sessions will I need?
The average number of sessions required is 6, however this can vary depending on the individual needs of the client. This can be reviewed as we go along.
Are sessions in person or online?

Most of my work is conducted online using Zoom. But for some situations (declutter therapy for example), a meeting in person can be helpful.
