Addressing Hoarding Tendencies

Hoard Halt is a revolutionary new slow-paced therapy package that has been specifically developed to address the problems of chronic disorganisation, hoarding disorder, and their associated mental health issues.

Hoard Halt is a transformative approach to managing and overcoming hoarding behaviours. By combining cognitive behavioural techniques, practical skills training and emotional support, the therapy helps individuals to create healthier living environments and improved quality of life. It assists clients who are dealing with severe hoarding behaviour, chronic disorganisation, or the emotional aftermath of significant life events. It offers a multi-faceted approach to overcoming chronic disorganisation and/or hoarding disorder, providing a structured and compassionate path to recovery and empowerment.

The therapy provides a safe space for individuals to explore the emotional and psychological factors contributing to their hoarding behaviours. This includes addressing issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression and loneliness. By taking the time to develop trust and rapport, it uncovers and addresses the underlying physiological triggers and teaches clients new skills in a supportive and non-judgmental way and we assist the client to make lasting changes.

Hoard Halt uses a combination of Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Coaching, Tapping Therapy and Declutter Therapies to change the unresourceful behaviours and lives of all participants.

Hoarding disorder is often stigmatised and misunderstood as laziness or a lack of cleanliness. In reality, it’s a complex psychological condition that requires a compassionate, respectful and non-judgmental approach, focusing on the individual’s wellbeing during the process.

Hoarding behaviours develop over many years and are reinforced by deeply ingrained habits and emotional responses.

The Hoard Halt Journey and Hoard Halt Trip are dynamic therapeutic programs for anyone with chronic disorganisation hoarding tendencies and its associated issues.

The Hoard Halt Journey and Trip both recognise the deep rooted emotional and physiological factors driving chronic disorganisation and hoarding behaviours. With this in mind, they provide holistic, compassionate support to foster lasting change.

The result being that the client can reclaim their lives and their living spaces.

FAQS

Am I chronically disorganised or do I have hoarding disorder?
We can find this out in your FREE discovery call. I often find that clients label themselves as a hoarder or similar word, when in fact it is just disorganisation that is creating the issue.
Can I really change?
Yes. I truly believe we are all capable of change. We need to want that change and be 100% committed to creating that. The responsibility is with you. I assist you in facilitating that change and helping you stay on track to achieve your personal goals.
Can I pay for this for a family member or friend?
Yes. You can gift this to a family member or friend. However, they must want this gift from you. It is only possible to assist a person who wants the help and is ready to commit 100% to the process Without this you could find that you have wasted your money.
What if I am struggling, can I get extra support or add to my sessions?
Yes. There is always extra support for anyone who needs it. We can hop on a Zoom or phone call. You can join The Hoard Halt Crew online and in person support groups and, as your Hoard Halt facilitator, I am dedicated to guiding you towards the success that you seek and deserve.”
