Hoard Halt Crew

The Crew is a combination of a Facebook group, an in-person support group, and an online support group. You can join any or all as you choose.

The Facebook group is a place for hints and tips, little challenges, journal links, useful articles, chatting with peers, forming relationships and peer support. You can start conversations or reach out for ideas and help if you’re struggling with any aspect of decluttering. Be part of the crew, helping each other to get things ship shape.

We meet in person on the first Thursday of the month in Burford, Oxfordshire and on the 3rd Thursday of every month online.

Spend an hour or two in this safe space. We come together to chat and support each other. These groups are open to anyone affected by chronic disorganisation and hoarding disorder, including family and friends.

In Person

Every meeting is different and run with the participants wants first and foremost.

Meet like-minded people, share your hints and tips, share your wins, help others with their struggles, realise you are not alone.

There may be guest speakers, guidance and talks from Vi and Anna (our paperwork and digital clutter expert), question and answer sessions, hints and tips on little ways to get things done, general chat on all things clutter and acquiring, a cuppa and sometimes cake or treats.

The lovely thing is being together, the peer support is fabulous and it’s a great chance to make new friends and be an active part of the crew, so if you fancy getting things ship shape then why not come along.

I believe that The Hoard Halt Crew is your support group, and your input is important and wanted. If it matters to you, then it matters to us. Be part of something special with the support of Vi and Anna.

Held on the 3rd Thursday of every month on Zoom. You don’t even have to leave home! And it’s free!

These fun sessions offer hints and tips for decluttering, expert guidance on maintaining mental wellbeing, games, meditations and that all important peer support.

Talk in a safe group environment, whether you are struggling with your stuff or supporting someone else on their path to a clutter free life.

These sessions will be fun and helpful. Each session will be structured to ensure both the progress and support aspects are met.

Working with you to remove your own barriers to change can create space, both mentally and physically, allowing you to live your life your way.
